Tank Cleaning in Aspropyrgos
Your Tank Loads Tomorrow. Is It Really Clean?
Sediment, sludge and residue from the previous load are invisible to the naked eye — but they are there. On the walls, on the bottom, in the valves. And they end up in the next load.
Tank cleaning at Velvet Truck Spa removes what you can’t see — with hot and cold high-pressure water and specialised detergents for every tank type: lubricants, chemicals and food-grade products. Result: a chamber ready for the next loading — no risk, no doubt.
High-Pressure Wash — Walls, Bottom, Valves, Drains
High-pressure hot water washing is the only method that actually dislodges viscous oil residues and sludge from the internal walls — not just rinses them.
Our technician cleans systematically from top to bottom: roof, walls, discharge valves and drain points. No area is skipped — because the next load leaves no room for error. Our dedicated work pit allows full access to every underside surface with high-pressure equipment.
Different Tank, Different Detergent — Always the Right One
A lubricant tanker requires completely different chemistry from a food or chemical tanker. This is not a detail — it is the essence of a correct clean.
At Velvet Truck Spa we select the right certified detergents for the type of product your tanker carries — every single time. This ensures the chamber is cleaned effectively without leaving chemical residues that would compromise the quality of the next batch.
Same-Day Cleaning Certificate — Load Without Delay
Every tank cleaning is completed with a visual inspection by our technician — confirming that walls, bottom, valves and drains are completely clean before the tanker leaves our site.
We issue an official cleaning certificate on the same day — required by receiving depots, quality auditors and corporate compliance. Your tanker leaves clean, inspected and documented. You load immediately.

Tank Cleaning in Aspropyrgos, Attica — Velvet Truck Spa
Looking for reliable tank cleaning in Aspropyrgos? Velvet Truck Spa provides specialised interior cleaning for lubricant tankers, chemical tankers and food-grade tanker trucks — before every new loading cycle, with certified detergents and a same-day cleaning certificate.
Why Tank Cleaning Is Required Before Every Load
Even when a tanker always carries the same product, the build-up of sediment, sludge and residue on walls and the bottom is unavoidable. These deposits are invisible — but they affect the quality of every new cargo and can block valves or accelerate premature wear of the tank chamber.
Regular tank cleaning is not just good practice — it is the only solution that keeps the chamber operational, clean and ready every time.
What Types of Tankers We Service
