These terms apply to customers (businesses and professionals) approved by FLEETCORE AUTOMOTIVE \u0395.\u0395. (Velvet Truck Spa), VAT No. 803323804, Tax Office KEFODE Attikis, GEMI 194591209000 (\"the Company\"), to purchase washing and cleaning services on 30-day credit. They apply in addition to the website's Terms of Use.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

1. Application and approval<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • Credit is granted only after submission of an application with complete details and the 2 supporting documents: AADE certificate of commencement\/change of activities and GEMI certificate or articles of association.<\/li>
  • The Company may approve or reject the application without any obligation to give reasons. It sets a credit limit and may change or revoke it at any time with notice.<\/li>
  • Credit starts from approval, which is communicated in writing (email).<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    2. Invoicing<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • The invoice is issued at the time of washing, upon delivery of the vehicle, and is sent electronically to the accounting email declared by the customer.<\/li>
    • Prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. The customer accepts the electronic sending of invoices.<\/li>
    • Any objection to an invoice must be made in writing within 5 working days of its issue. After this deadline the invoice is considered accepted.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      3. Payment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      • Invoices for one calendar month are paid collectively by the 5th of the following month.<\/li>
      • Payment is made by bank deposit or transfer to the account stated on the invoice, referencing the numbers of the invoices being paid.<\/li>
      • Payment is deemed made when the amount is credited to the Company's account.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        \n\t\t\t\t\t

        4. Late payment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
        • If an amount is overdue, the Company may immediately suspend credit and require cash payment for new services.<\/li>
        • If the delay exceeds 15 days, the Company may terminate the cooperation and claim the debt by extrajudicial or judicial means. The costs are borne by the customer.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t

          5. Customer obligations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
          • To declare true and accurate details and to notify in writing of any change (company name, registered office, representative, email, legal form, suspension or cessation of operations).<\/li>
          • Not to exceed the credit limit. Orders above the limit are made with cash payment or after approval.<\/li>
          • The customer is liable for any order given by persons they have declared as authorized.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            \n\t\t\t\t\t

            6. Liability<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
            • The Company provides the services with professional diligence. Claims regarding the quality of work do not suspend the obligation to pay the invoices, unless agreed in writing.<\/li>
            • The Company is not liable for damage that pre-existed the wash or is due to the condition of the vehicle.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              7. Duration and termination<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              • The cooperation is of indefinite duration. Either party may terminate it with 15 days' written notice.<\/li>
              • Invoices already issued remain due after termination.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
