How FLEETCORE AUTOMOTIVE Ε.Ε. (Velvet Truck Spa) collects and protects your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Greek Law 4624/2019.

No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, as it is not required by the nature of the activity.

2. What data we collect

Contact details from the site's forms (full name, phone, email, message).
Company and contact person details from the credit cooperation application (company name, VAT number, Tax Office, GEMI, address, legal representative, accounting email, requested credit limit).
Supporting documents you upload: AADE certificate of commencement/change of activities, GEMI certificate or articles of association, and the identity card of the legal representative.
Invoicing and transaction details (vehicle license plates, services, amounts).
Technical data and cookies, as described in the Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): provision of services, responding to requests and quotations, assessment of the credit application.
Legal obligation (6(1)(c)): issuing invoices and keeping tax and accounting records.
Legitimate interest (6(1)(f)): collection of claims, solvency checks from public sources, site security.
Consent (6(1)(a)): where we explicitly ask for it, e.g. analytics and advertising cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.

4. Recipients

Data is not sold. It is shared only to the extent necessary with: the company's accountant and banks, the site's hosting and email providers, analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics, only with your consent) and public authorities when required by law. Those who process data on our behalf are contractually bound to keep it secure.

5. Retention period

Tax and accounting records are kept as required by law. The details and supporting documents of the credit application are kept for the duration of the cooperation and until full payment and limitation of claims. Applications that are not approved are deleted within a reasonable time. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to serve you.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as withdrawal of consent. To exercise them send an email to info@velvettruckspa.gr. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr, 1-3 Kifisias Ave., 115 23 Athens, tel. 210 6475600).

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to data and supporting documents restricted to authorized staff only, and regular system updates.
