Exterior Truck Washing — Body, Cabin & Lights
The first step of general truck cleaning is the full exterior wash. With professional high-pressure machines and special cleaning agents for heavy vehicles, we remove mud, dust, exhaust residue and deposits from the entire body — cabin, sides, lights, mirrors and bumpers.
Controlled water pressure ensures effective cleaning without damaging paint or plastic parts — important for semi-trailers and tractor units that represent a large investment.
Rim & Wheel Washing
The rims and wheels of a truck accumulate some of the toughest materials — brake dust, mud that dries inside the recesses and asphalt wax residue. We use targeted high-pressure nozzles that reach every spoke and the inner part of the rim.
Wheel cleaning is not only aesthetic — it helps with early detection of cracks, wear or leaks that may be hidden under layers of dirt.
Underbody Washing — Chassis & Axle Cleaning
The underside of a truck is its most exposed part — and the most neglected. Chassis, axles, suspension and piping collect mud, road salt and grease that, if left, lead to rust and premature wear.
At Velvet Truck Spa we have a dedicated work pit that allows our technician to wash every point from underneath with high pressure — chassis, joints, couplings, bumper. Result: lower maintenance costs in the long run and a truck that lives longer.
Greasing — Lubrication of Moving Parts
After washing comes greasing — the last and equally important step of general cleaning. We inspect and lubricate all grease points: leaf springs, couplings, splined shafts and axle joints.
If we find worn or broken grease nipples, we replace them on the spot. A properly greased truck has less wear, better response on the road and lower risk of failure on the route.
